General Council Meeting
First Wednesday of each month                   5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Strategic Planning Committee
To prepare a comprehensive county wide child care plan designed to mobilize public and private resources to address identified needs in Kern County.

Fourth Thursday of each month                     3:00-5:00 p.m.

Public Policy Committee
To review and analyze legislation pertinent to children and families including CalWORKs participants.  

Third Tuesday of each month                       3:30 - 5:00p.m.

Community Partnerships Committee
To link agencies, programs, and providers through the distribution of centralized information in order to promote and enhance quality child care for Kern County children.

 First Wednesday of each month.             11:30 - 12:30 p.m.

Programs Committee
To advocate for quality and to address community issues regarding the early care and education of children ages infant to school age.

Second Wednesday of each month              3:30 - 5:00 p.m.

Special Projects Committee
To address new mandates assigned to the Child Care Council through current legislation.

Second Tuesday of each month                 8:30 - 10:00 a.m.

Centralized Child Care Information Service Committee
To monitor the progress and operations of the centralized eligibility list.
